A typical project life cycle in flash would go like this:
Client submits a story board and we draft a project specification based on the story board. Draft project specification is reviewed by client. Included in this specification is the price and the duration of the project.
Client provides contents, sounds and images that will be used in the Flash Project. The first few image in the story board are then developed in flash and then sent to the client in order to get some feedback on the quality.
Once feedback has been received, the project specification is finalized. And once the client approves of the specification then full development commences.
If the project is quite large then it will be divided into modules. Once a module is finished then this is shown to the client who then compares it to the wirtten specification.
Once all Flash files have been delivered then the client reviews and tests according to the specification agreed. Any issues with the features and functionality will be corrected as long as those features and functionality are in accordance with the specifcation
Once the issues have been corrected, then project gets delivered to the client and we get our reward. In the end, everyone is happy.
